Visionary Solutions provides a variety of professional services to agencies through the Ability One program to assist with a diverse selection of organization needs, including legal work, transcription, and court reporting. Research shows that the government regularly seeks contractors in these fields, and we seek to provide careers to highly capable blind and visually impaired individuals who can support your organization in whatever way best aligns with your needs.

About Us
Visionary Solutions of Virginia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering blind and visually impaired individuals through meaningful educational and employment opportunities.
Our Mission
We are striving to address inequities in workforce demographics by partnering with federal programs such as Ability One and Ticket to Work, offering gateways to sustainable careers. There are approximately 4,000 blind and unemployed job seekers in Virginia, and our goal is to reduce this number by at least 1% within the next 5 years with the creation of 40 new jobs. With ample past experience partnering with Ability One and Ticket to Work programs, we are proud to reintroduce these opportunities and work towards further inclusivity in our community.
